The Personal Financial Plan (PFP) program is designed to allow everyone within an organization to benefit from basic financial planning. It provides an individual with focus on his or her personal situation and allows an individual to 'test' specific scenarios and the impact on his or her financial situation. In addition, the financial coach who works with the individual employee will suggest financial planning strategies designed to improve the individual's financial position and security.
Specifically, the process includes:
The employee (and spouse) completing a questionnaire to the best of their ability.
The employee (and spouse) and financial coach meeting for approximately two (2) hours.
A review of cash flow and capital accumulation forecasts.
The analysis of the various "what if" scenarios and financial strategies for their impact on cash flow and capital accumulation.
A copy of the final analysis together with a checklist of suggested strategies.
Telephone and/or email access to our Call Centre for 90 days following the planning session to address subsequent questions.
The process is designed to empower employees and provide the tools needed to take charge of their financial situation.
